Welcome to Velocast. By accessing or using our peer-to-peer screen casting web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Velocast, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Velocast provides a browser-based tool to cast your screen to another device using a temporary 6-digit code. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast and ensure that you hold the right to share such content.

3. Limitations of Liability

Velocast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer (Himtesh Raj) does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, connection interruptions, or unauthorized viewing resulting from compromised room codes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Velocast application, including its branding, design, glassmorphic layout, code architecture, and audio synthesized assets are protected under copyright laws. All rights are reserved by Himtesh Raj.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
